Strengthening Organization at Grass Root Level: Visit of National Office Bearers at Gujarat & Mumbai

With a view to strengthen Organization at all India level and to facilitate the interaction with the members at grass root level, it has been decided that All India Office-Bearers of AICEIA shall visit the Commissionerates on pan India basis and to start with, the Commissionerates of Gujarat have been selected. In this regard, the undersigned along with the National Vice-President (Representing West Zone) will be on a tour of Commissionerates of Gujarat for the next few days to meet and interact with the Inspectors of Central Excise posted in Gujarat Region. The detailed tour programme is as follows:-

Meeting at Ahmedabad (for Inspectors of Ahmedabad-I, II & III, Audit Commissionerate-I & II, Service Tax Commissionerate, CCO & Commissioner (Appeals), A’bad, DGCEI, DRI etc.): 11:00 am to 01:30 pm on 06.12.2014 

Venue: Seminar Hall, Central Excise Bhawan, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad

The entire programme in Gujarat shall be co-ordinated by Com Rananjay Pratap Singh, National Vice-President (Representing West Zone). All the members of AICEIA are requested to participate in these programmes to strengthen the Organization. The Branch/Unit/Circle Office-Bearers of Gujarat are hereby requested to give wide publicity to the aforesaid programmes in their respective regions so as to facilitate healthy & fruitful interaction of National Office-Bearers with the esteemed members. Due to some constraints, the Commissionerates and offices falling within Saurashtra & Kutch Region of Gujarat are not being covered this time, but very soon, the National Office-Bearers shall visit these Commissionerates & offices and shall interact with the respected members of AICEIA working in these areas.
